In this age of information technology, the biggest friend of the people is the smartphone To keep pace in life, the device is meant to be present in front of the eyes in front of the eye. But this little screen is shocking eyes. The brain is confused by daylight and night blindness. Which can eventually stand in the way of physical fitness.

The human brain works like a clock. It works the most during the day. With the help of sleep, slow down the pace of work. That is why it is difficult to work in the office at night compared to the day.

But before sleeping, we have to take our smartphone hands. Few Facebooking, WhatsApp, or the latest excitement Luddu Star does not sleep, many do not sleep. During this time, the brain can not distinguish between day and night in intense light of the screen. A hormone called melatonin reaches sleep in the brain. This hormone production is damaged due to intense light. Insomnia, increased visceral psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia with optical vision increases.

It's a bit like an artificial jet-lag. It can cause problems like weakness, frustration, sleeping in the day, losing habit of reading. There are some heavy applications that use harmful colors for the eyes. In order to deal with this problem, the problem is not very much improved even when some features like the Flux app or Apple's Night Shift mode. These features are automatically controlled by the intensity of light during the daytime. But there is no research to make sure that the diminished light decreases or reduces the loss of eyesight.

For the time being, this problem may be cured. Use of the phone as long as possible while sleeping. Keep watching from the bed on the smartphone screen. If you keep away as much as possible from the smartphone bed before sleeping on the bed or on the adjacent table, you can get results. In that case, the tired body will be released from the pain of the smartphone.

Sort:

Perhaps put the phone away from bed and charge. Silent it and set do not disturb mode before sleep. Or else any ringing or vibrating will surely affect my sleep.
