The GM of the Yankees, Brian Cashman, wasted no time shaking things up in the City That Never Sleeps. Just days following a gut wrenching loss to the Indians in the ALCS, he fired manager Joe Girardi. Without a doubt, the biggest move this off season was bringing in slugger Giancarlo Stanton, who will make the middle of the Yankees lineup even less forgiving. If Aaron Judge and Gary Sanchez can answer back with big years they could have one of the most dynamic lineups in recent history. The biggest question mark for the Yankees will be starting pitching, if CC Sabathia answers back with another promising year, and they can keep the right arm of Masahiro Tanaka healthy, this team is destined for an incredibly deep run in October.

I like the Yanks offseason moves obviously, but I'm still going to roll with the Astros vs. Indians for the Al Pennant. Yanks will battle Boston for the East and loser will probably get the wild card, my 2 cents.
