This has made the platform become more secure than any closed source exchanges.

This is the only stake to decide how the governance work on all the Mixin problems and as well the sole token utilized by many services in Mixin, including full node collateral, DApp creation and API calls. These Dapps pay the network in XIN tokens dependent on the number of resources the Dapp consumes. Like Bitcoin and Ethereum, the token is paid to the individuals who support the network by validating transactions.
