Pop Queen Sarah Geronimo is back on the big screen under Viva Films' titled with Miss Granny, the movie is a Filipino comedy-drama film based on the Korean film of the same name. It is directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal and produced by Viva Films, starring Sarah Geronimo, James Reid, Xian Lim and Nova Villa. It was released on August 22, 2018.

Plot: Miss Granny tells the story of a woman in her 70s who realizes she is becoming a burden on her family when she magically finds herself back in the body of her 20-year-old self after having her picture taken at a mysterious photo studio. Fely is an elderly woman who finds second chance at youth after a visit to a mysterious photo studio.

The movie, originally top-billed by Eun Kyung Shim and Moon He Na, bagged several prestigious awards and has had similarly successful adaptations in China, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Germany and other countries. Currently in the works are the English and Spanish language versions from Hollywood.

"Miss Granny" practically tells us the whole story already. From cantankerous senior Fely Malabaño, she becomes lovely miss Odrey de Leon. In her rejuvenated form, Odrey possessed a passionate singing style which caught the attention of three men: her own grandson Jeboy (who wanted her to sing for his band), a TV producer Lorenz (who wanted her to be the next big TV star), and her friend and former ward Bert (who loved Fely and suspected Odrey's real identity).
