A sleep aid that I used to use has passion flower in it. Nature Made "Sleep." Best sleep aid I ever tried.
I planted some here, but it's not taking. I need to try a different way than direct planting I guess. Maybe it would be more successful in my A/C garden :)
The stuff grows like mad all over my Gram's place. I think it would do excellent started in your A/C garden, then moved outdoors. It's a climber, so plant it close to a fence.
