Enjoying Pokemon Go Fest But Not Being There!

Although I tried my best to get tickets to go to Chicago for Pokemon Go Fest, I was not successful. However, I got out on Saturday to play to get some of the benefits of the Pokemon spawning out there.

It was a pretty good result as I was able to get a couple of the new shinies as well as some of the Alolan forms. After the trainers globally completed the goals of research tasks, we are now benefiting from double candy and half walking distance on eggs!

Trying to take advantage of it while it lasts. Given the fun I have heard we missed being there, we need to wait for us to get some of that action. The most anticipated being the launch of Celebi. We also have a Zapdos Raid Day coming this weekend! Niantic continues to keep us busy this summer!
