on this chain, your voting power can not go over 100%. it waits for your power to be nearly full, then prevents that waste to support the group.
how is this done
it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, your votes get returned with a surplus, keep posting, keep letting it vote, and youll get the maximum out. ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users, it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.

How do I join?
minnow swarm uses ordinary steem authentication mechanisms, the trigger pages that calls the authentication mechanisms are opensourced and easy to inspect, you are free to leave at any time, if you have any problems we also have a very active community that have always provent to be helpful
you can also sign voting auth to @minnowschool yourself, the rest is automatic
