How does it work??

on this network, you cant have more than 100% voting power. This system waits till your voting power is about to go to waste, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.

how is this determined

the person with an available post whos voted the most and received the least gets the next vote, just keep posting and it will give you your outstanding votes. you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible, you will get all your outstanding votes as fast as possible so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.

as your account grows, so will the votes you receive
