Blacklisted means the accounts that are prevented from using our free upvote bot that is part of our community. There may come a time in the future when we share all or portions of the list with other services like @steemcleaners or the various vote-buying services to help protect the reward-pool as a greater community.
So it does not apply to people who do not use the bots?
It doesn't affect them at the moment, no.
Can you list all the bots this applies to?
It only applies to the use of manual upvotes by @minnowsupport triggered in our Discord server.
