When you first arrive it can be overwhelming. Many people will say Hello and the screen will make noises at you. This is normal.
There is a pinned post at the top, please read it, it goes into much more detail, this is to get you started.
You can talk immediately, it's a public place
If you wish to use the bots, you will need to register in the "#registration" channel. Look to your left on the computer it's right there
Type "$register your username" without the quotes. Two bots will pop up with some instructions. Follow these instruction. You will need 0.002 STEEM (not SBD) to have use of the bots. Yes it's worth it.
If you do not have the .002 STEEM ask in general, we have a some set aside for registration
Once that is done, go back into "#registration" and type "$register your username" again. You are now registered to use the bots.
Use "$upvote theposturl" command in the "#upvote-resteem" channel to upvote your post. You can use this once every 12 hours or so (time frame subject to change)
Now what? Join us in general and have some fun! You're a PALnet Minnow now!
