Each time I read this quote, I think deep. "give a minnow an upvote he will eat for a day, give him a resteem he will eat forever". Trying to analyze it, how true is it? It is possible to resteem a post and yet no upvote. But if you upvote a minnow he will be encouraged and his reputation would increase.

Though I agree with the statement, I was pained with my last experience, my post was resteem by different people including bots but the outcome was even poorer than the one I didn't.
