There are tons and tons of post every hour and the categories are endless. It's overwhelming at first but once you decide on just putting your content out there consistently, it will run its course.
There are lots of interesting, useful and informative information out there and as you say there are "tons and tons" and you can be overwhelmed. The going is definitely tough and every little bit of help helps. Finding a way to up your visibility is key!
