THINGS I NOTICED AS I WAS GOING THROUGH STEEMIT TODAY - A call for concern
So today i was just scrolling through nooks and crannies of steemit to know if I can find some interesting things and learn few things on steemit as i was scrolling around one thing got to my attention.
I noticed these individuals with higher reputations and steem power, i saw that they kept earning high even when their post isn't that informative and lengthy,
just within 23hrs he has already made enough money
yet they earn so much, but the poor minnows who spend their time researching to come up with an informative so they can earn some that worths their suffering and struggle.

But imagine for good six days this minnow is still with little or no cent. This is really discouraging people here, pls lets do something about.
NOW MY QUESTION IS
what can be done so that these poor minows can be rewarded according to their hard work on steemit. the comment box is really open for everyone to drop suggestions, let us resteem these posts to so that those big whales who also have a great love for minnows can do something for them

Keep doing what it takes to gain reputation and you will get there. You don't know what these guys have gone through to get there.
In this community, the first discouragement comes when you compare, lets say if the case were to be reversed, will you complain too? I think we should just keep doing our best, regardless.
