First and foremost is that the Moderators have been active and well known by most of the active members of the MSP Discord. Outside of that, a willingness to do a lot of work for little monetary reward. A love of the community also.
Thank you so much. Irrespective of the monetary reward, I was and am quite curious, as to, how this whole thing (MSP) works/functions. The stats generated and other activities involved.
Do we have a Procedural document pertaining to the same.!?

Honestly, that is a broad question. MSP is a community that helps one another and inspires the little minnows of Steemit to greater achievements. The best way to find out about it is to join Discord with us and meet the people.
