"ME INGENIE UN MENU, PARA COMPLACER A MIS HIJOS"
**Saludos comunidad steemit, les comento que en mi afán por tratar de comer bien y cumplir con los nutrientes que se necesitan para estar sanos, en vista de que hoy en día en Venezuela es sumamente difícil hacerlo.
Me ingenie hoy un menú:
Hice un arroz con ají dulce ( 4 tasas de agua y 2 tazas de arroz, un ají dulce, un poquito de sal y aceite).**
Luego en una sartén, sofreír 2 ajíes, un puño de acelga, unas hojas de cilantro, mango tierno, sal al gusto y 2 Bisteck, un toque de salsa de tomate.
Los salteas hasta que el bisteck se ablande y quede jugosa la salsa y listo a servir.
Puedes acompañarlo con un arroz calientico, granos si tienes listo y luego el bisteck salteado con los vegetales y el mango. El sabor del mango agrí dulce, con los vegetales y la salsa le da un gusto al paladar increíble.
Así cumplimos con la comida balanceada: todo quedo muy rico y a mis hijos le encantó.
La recompensa es ver la cara de de tus hijos al momento de almorzar.
