And to clarify - if the transaction sender is different from the post author, it is the post author that is verified. Also - it is his reputation that forms the price.

Example.
Jim follows @resteembot and has 40 reputation. Sam does not follow resteembot and has 31 reputation.

• If Sam sends 0.040 SBD with a link to Jim's post, Jim's post will be resteemed.
• If Sam sends 0.031 SBD with a link to Jim's post, the price criteria will not be met and nothing will happen.
• If Jim sends 400 SBD with Sam's post, nothing will happen.
  (Except that Jim will cry and I'll have to go and return the money.)
