Minnowsupport October Report and Supper Supporter Award
Where is the year going? Its November already. I won’t mention how many sleeps it is until Christmas.
The start of a new month gives me an opportunity to look back at the previous month on Steemit and see how things went. As a supporter of @MinnowSupport, my way of giving back to the community is by producing this report so everyone can see how well @Minnowsupport is reaching people on Steemit.
To analyse Minnowsupport, I use Power BI and connect to @arcange Steemsql database. For this report I have taken the data for October 2017
Post and Comments Made
Over 15K comments were made on 2223 different authors’ posts. The number of comments left by @minnowsupport is down 21.7% on September.
The number of Blog posts by Minnowsupport increased from 15 in September to 21, resulting in an increase in Author earning.

Resteems by MinnowSupport
I love when someone resteems my posts. Wish I could leave a comment when they do to say thanks. Resteems give you post that additional reach and puts your post in fount of eyes that might have missed it.
In October @minnowsupport resteemed 136 posts for 86 different authors. Awesome work. It is however down on September by 36%
Do keep in mind that during the months of October, Steemit.com was having a lot of problems and many people could not access the site to post, resteem and vote.
Votes Given
Down 16% on September, minnowsupport voted on 19287 posts in October. The average voting weight is also down from 1.52% to 1.38%
Minnowsupport Super Supporter
Last month for some fun I announced the first Minnowsupport Super Supporter. You see at the end of the day, minnowsupport need funding. You can help fund minnowsupport by delegating power. However not everyone is in a position to make a delegation. But we all have the gift of a vote, which will help generate rewards for Minnowsupport and allow the account grow.
So Minnowsupport Super Supporter is to thank those that have up voted Minnowsupports comments and posts. There were 15K comment left by @minnowsupport. If we could get many of these authors to up vote the comment left by the bot, we would really help @minnowsupport grow
This month’s minnowsupport Super Supporter goes to @jraysteem with a total of 43 up votes given to @minnowsupport. This knocked @steemy-stu from holding on to the title.
I like this. There was a time @minnowsupport didn't post in my votes. But anyway, I tried it on one of my posts and just upvoted it's comment. :)
For me to knock-off Super Supporter @jraysteem, I need to create 43 posts in a month and have them upvoted by @minnowsupport. lol
no you dont @eastmael :-) you can go to the comments section on @minnowsupport and upvote all comments from there, They dont just have to be comments left on your post
