Yes, some inactive witnesses that do nothing but rake in the money..not cool right?
i was thinking about compiling a list, but might be suicide P*ssing off 12 whales at one time, but literally some of these people have fewer than 100 posts in one year the worst was 0 posts, w 100% next worse was 3 posts w 100% (that was going out to top 30) now some top 70+ people are involved in other Steem functions so I tossed them. but compared to some with 5K + posts, you know who's trying to grow the site.
