I nominate @carlgnash. Carl (and his bots) is already doing amazing job helping minnows get visibility and payout boost for their exceptional posts on Steem. I am confident a 5k delegation will only further this courss, in line with the goals of this initiative.

        I pass my nomination to @kerlund74. She's been an amazingly consistent contributor to the steem eco system in general, and PALnet in particular. More power will just mean more reach to her.
