Why I create another FAQ?

What is the purpose of this article? With so many helpful articles and posts out there, why should I create another one?

1. I hope this article is machine-translate-friendly.
2. This article is trying to help Non English-speaking members.
3. I will try to make every sentences as: Subject + Verb + Object. This will help machine translates it meaningfully. Not exactly correct, but at least meaningful enough. Long sentences are not machine-friendly.
4. I am going to use brackets. Hopefully brackets will break the machine algorithm. So machine will translate better.
5. So, for those of you English readers, please forgive my grammar, it is broken on purpose. :D

What is MinnowSupport / MSP / PAL?

Remember... it's per person. Member with multi accounts will get ban. The ban (for MSP upvote) is on steemit, not on discord. There are thousands of members, who get banned. At February 10th, 2018 there are 1,806 accounts banned, and 1,908 accounts blacklisted.

3. Click (wallet)
4. Check (Steem power).
5. Do you have plus sign? Do you have minus sign?
6. If you have plus sign... you receive delegation.
7. If you have minus sign... you give delegation.
8. New (steemit) user will receive delegation from (steemit).

Why (steemit) give delegation?

So that we can use the platform. No SP... can not use (steemit)

Why do I get bandwidth problem?

Because you have low (SP).

How to solve bandwidth problem?

Nothing. You can only wait.

Who are the successful (Steemians)?

For a start, (witnesses) are successful people. (Witnesses) are either dolphin or whale. See MSP (witnesses) at the section above. After that , you can follow (PAL) moderators. There are many successful people inside (PAL). There are also (whales) inside (PAL). (Witnesses) and moderators are good people to follow. There are many moderators.
