2. #TheTruth - Its about the DATES benefits in our Body
It is located just in a warm place like the middle east country: and it produces only in the hot and humid places. The fruit of the tree of Dates is rich in vitamins called Dates; Benefits available here include minerals, calcium, iron, potassium, magnessium, zinc, vitamin B6, energy, sugar and fiber etc.

People are usually in the middle east, when they are hungry and thirsty on a summer day and have nothing to eat every June of the month; So that they are not hungry and thirsty in the way they get DATES of the trees planted around to eat and temporarily quench thirst.
Dates refer to the fruits of the Date Palm Tree. These are probably one of the oldest cultivated fruits and have been a part of the staple diet in the Middle Eastern countries. They are believed to have originated somewhere around the Persian Gulf.

I learned how to eat the Dates, because at first I was in the middle east I did not like the Dates and its taste. The Dates that i have were purchased at the marketplace and the taste was different. The delicious Dates are the new ones on the tree and they are definitely delicious.

Great post, my cousin was in the middle east recently and one of her Pasalubong was Dates, got to taste it, but did not like it though.
Ahahaha... you will like it soon once you taste it or took some 3 of that, and the other day you will look for it again... and try to take one of that with coffee or tea... hehehe you will like it @vallesleoruther...
Just tasted one, and did not really like it hahaha, maybe the fresh ones you said are more tastier.
The fresh is really different taste! It is really not so sweet not like from the market that its already preserve. I really started to like Dates when i tried the one from the tress and i compared. It isnreally different... 😊😆

My dad, whenever we can, requests for these because apparently they make "lambanog" taste better when infused with dates.
He says dates from Saudi taste better, tough.
I definitely want to grow some of these in my yard. I live in Florida in the USA and we are very hot and humid. I think Ill give it a go!

Well we are a small island in the Indian Ocean, on the right of Madagascar! We have approx. 1.2million inhabitants only!
Mauritius is very famous in the Tourist Sector, one of the best destinations in the world!
It is only 6hrs flight from Dubai actually!

I love dates too. Yes, those ones straight from the trees tastes far better than the ones we can buy from the markets.
