Minnow Support Project Witness Application
I am extremely excited to be a witness for the Steem blockchain! First, I would like to thank @aggroed for letting me know about the application for MSP witness support. I joined Steem in June of 2017 but didn't become dedicated to this platform until a few months later. However, I haven't been this excited about a cryptocurrency project since I learned about Bitcoin back in 2015.
What are you pledging to do to support the Steemit Community?
For the Steemit community I pledge to use my knowledge of programming to create applications to access and use the Steem blockchain in new ways. By working with other Steemians such as @ashleykalila that have great ideas but no background in programming, we can create tools to fill the needs of the Steemit community.
@ashleykalila's idea is great and it's my honour to help her turn her vision into reality. I'm also planning to collaborate with @jasonbu. I'll be playing more of a backup role to help him get more work done on the projects he has undertaken for the Steemit community.
I also started up a group call the Tech Bloggers' Guild. The aim of this group is to find and promote the #technology bloggers that work hard to produce quality, original content. Since joining the MSP Curation team I’ve found that a majority of new posts are low quality or flat-out plagiarised.
What are you pledging to do to support the Minnow Community?
I mentioned this in my witness introduction post:
Where I see my effort having a lot of impact on the Steem Community is in guiding and coaching bloggers. The more I am able to share what I know with others, the better we all become. There are so many talented creators on the Steem blockchain that only need a slight push or small tweak to start the growth ball rolling.
In an effort to help on a more personal basis, I created the Creators' Guild Discord group. The aim is to improve as bloggers, vloggers, podcasters, and all the rest! It's with this group that I aim to create a standard for the content to drive more investors and large content creators into the Steem ecosystem.
This group is not limited to minnows but they are the ones that I expect to have the largest impact upon. I am already working to recruit outstanding creators from various niches to assist me where I lack the experience. These are topics such as video editing and digital music creation.
What are you pledging to do to support the Minnow Support Project?
I would like to take the concepts I discussed above and find the best way to integrate them into the Minnow Support Project.
After all, many minnows are new to blogging which causes a steep learning curve. This is on top of the considerable challenge that Steem offers to even the most veteran bloggers such as myself.
The faster a minnow is able to pick up what it takes to create an amazing blog, the better off the Steem community and the minnow will be. The better the content created by the minnow, the faster their growth will take off. This leads to more followers, more rewards, and a more fulfilled content creator.
I will also be delegating a minimum of 25% of my Steem Power to the @minnowsupport project and 25% to the @msp-bidbot.
I love what MSP does. It is because of this community that I am where I stand today within the Steem community. Without this group I would not have met so many people and smaller groups that help me every single day. Giving back to MSP as I continue to grow is best way I can think of to say thank you.
I have a few open spots so ... I might cast a vote upon you if you can tell me how you see the creative side here on Steemit! :D
Do you feel artists have a place here on a platform where most subjects are always going back to Crypto?
Yes! As a poet myself I think all art needs to have a place in this new technology. Maybe we can chat about visual art and what is the best way to share that content. If we only stick to the tech side of thing we alienate a side of our brain that is vital to survival.
As you know I am always open to chat on Discord if you want to have a real time discussion.

Many dolphins and whales already have their top thirty picks for active witness. Why should they shift their vote to you?
What is your vision for steemit in three to five years and how do you see yourself fitting into that version of steemit?
Being a witness and generating Steem Power give me more power to delegate to projects such as MSP, @thewritersblock, ect. This increase will also allow me to delegate to new accounts made for the two communities I have started. My whole mission here is to help everyone become better bloggers. The more bloggers create valuable content the better chance we have to attract investors.
In 5 years I want to see steemit and the steem blockchain be a top 100 site around the world. As I help new bloggers create better content we will rank even better in search engines than we are now. The more posts that we can get ranking will in turn lead to more people seeing this amazing platform. The success of steemit is important to me. No site as shown as much promise as this.
Having known @jawab for a while - I fully support this application in confidence.
Techno-savvy, friendly, knowledgeable, loves Steem and MSP.

Sounds great!
I'm new here, would love to get going - faster. Any suggestions?
Have you chose a niche yet?
Oh yes, most definitely - as a professional in finance/legal...I have spent these last years chronicling the Paradigm Shift and the Global Reset as I "follow the money"
This, of course includes relevant geopolitical changes as Humanity is finally set FREE from the chains that have bound for so many centuries.
I hope you might check my blogs that I've already posted to see what you think, and to make any suggestions you may have - thanks!
Having a niche is step one! If you are on discord feel free to message me

and we can dig deeper. That way you are able to get the most out of your blog.<3
Just discovered the Minnow Support Group - great idea! :)
They are awesome!
Very good project, I congratulate you for being part of it. Also be part of the one that has @ashleykalila, very good things come for the platform and thanks for being part of them.

Thank you!
I am very happy to be in steemit, maybe still a small fish, but one day I will become a big fish, of course with the help of whales.
You got it.
Thanks mate! We'll see what happens :D
