A lot of new Steemit users fail to grow in the whole platform of Steemit. Posts are worth just around cents, having less followers, few views, though some had put much effort in writing their articles in quality.

It has been taught on various Steemit posts that the best way to grow in Steemit is creating quality contents, using creative markdown techniques, and engaging in community talks.

Definitely true.

But a new mechanism has evolved to babysit our beloved minnows. Discord channels are on top of that, because it offers a variety of help to minnows. With over 2000 plus members, PAL (Peace, Abundance, and Liberty) discord channel is the hottest among others.

How does it help minnows? Take a look of these awesome features PAL has offered you :

1. The UPVOTE BOTS

In PAL discord, these bots are named "banjo and minnowsupport. These bots caters commands from members. They are also the bots servicing for upvotes.

How to do that?

• Enter the "registration" channel located on the left side. First, you need to register your Steemit name (assuming you already joined the discord).
  

  

• Type : $register(space)(your Steemitname). Example : $register jassennessaj.
  Banjo and minnow support will automatically reply about your registration. To complete your registration you need too send 0.001SBD/0.001 Steem to banjo and minnowsupport posting the code to the memo transfer.

• Once you completely sent it, go back to the PAL discord registration channel and register your name again, as as you did before. Once the registration is complete, go to "Upvote" channel to make a request of upvotes from the bots. Like this : $upvote(space)(url of your steemitpost).

As a reminder : you can only use the upvote command every 12 hours. Meaning, you have to wait for the next 12 hours to request for an upvote again.

2. General Channel

In the general channel, you will surely see a lot of people welcoming you saying : "Hi","Welcome", "Welcome to the pond", "Welcome, how are you?" from PAL discord members. In this channel, you will see users interact with each other. They exchange ideas and help each other out. You can ask them, 100% guaranteed that there is someone who will assist your questions. It's a place where people exchange ideas and thoughts for the benefit of each other. You can also see a lot of big names in Steemit participated in the channel (@kingscrown, @aggroed, @neoxian, @theprophet0, etc). I assure you, its really cool!

3. Contests/Post Promotion

In the contests channel, a lot of Steemit users plug their contest to let the members of PAL to join. They also normally plug it to promote their contest. Maybe for user participation or for donations. With that, you can see a lot of contests with variety of genre you can choose and the prizes were extremely amazing! It will surely help you. It may be the prizes or the content you submitted. Create a quality entry and people will surely give some love.

4. Country Channels

There has been a lot of channels per country created and will surely help you. Team Australia, @teamphilippines, Italy, India, Spanish, Nigera, and Chines. Most of the time, countrymen do help each other out. Minnows like us should be helped and it will be a great place to support your journey!

5. Continous effort from the Mayor and Witnesses

This discord channel is a project intended for minnows. A collective idea by prominent members of Steemit for the betterment of the community - especially MINNOWS. It is mainly run by @aggroed, the Mayor of PAL with @ausbitbank, @canadian.coconut, @someguy123, @theprophet0 as witnesses.
