NEWBIES CRIES OUT!!! Any hope for us in this community?

I dropped a post yesterday 4/2/2018 on the future for Steemit over Facebook and other social media...but Alas!! This future is now being jeopardize because Steemit newbies are not happy about how things are moving in the Steemit community..

Newbies into steemit now get discouraged due to some certain facts and occurrences... Below are some reports gathered from them:

• Delay in getting SMS code confirmation during new registration
• Delay in getting email verification link
• Excess delay in getting their final approval link that welcomes them into the system
  
  After registration

1. Their first introduction posts are not properly upvoted: I think this introduction post should serve as a means of encouraging newbies and a token for welcoming them into the great community. In some cases, when newbies has taken their whole time to compose a meaningful and well structured introduction post, but were not able to acquire higher upvotes and steem dollars to redeem after seven (7) days of creating the post*
2. Unrecognisation of other posts created by newbies: After they must have been slightly discouraged by their first introduction post, they still go further to start blogging, bringing new ideas, curating post on Steemit, as well as promoting steemit in their locality, but at the long run, they were only able to gather like 0.076 steemdollar or less on their posts, not even up to 1.000 Steem dollar..this is so uncalled for and with zero encouragement.. Such individual will not want to put in more effort into the community because they are getting discouraged with no appreciation....
