Pill that cures the flu in less than a day

Shionogi, a Japanese pharmaceutical giant has created a pill that eliminates the effects of the flu in just one day and with a single dose

The company's chief executive, Isao Teshirogi, said in a statement by The Wall Street Journal that the drug "blocks the flu virus and prevents it from taking over the human cell machinery," so in a single dose it ends with the virus so with this the contagion effect is avoided.

As always there are obstacles to let these products out because the drug is pending approval and will not go on sale until the entity that regulates the use of medicines in Japan endorses it, which is expected for the next month of March.
