Promotion of art bloggers | Channel for artists on Discord.

Sorry if this kind of topic was raised before.
I have a suggestion to @minnowsupport. There is a lot of different interest specific channels on Discord to share posts, but no separate channel for artists. I mean, there is one, but only for discussions and not for posting. So what about creating an interest specific channel for artists to post their drawings/paintings? I think Steemit artists would like to share their artworks in a narrow focus specialized channel to get more coverage among like-minded fellows.
As an artist myself, I would like to show my posts to art bloggers. In case we share in general postpromotion channel, our posts remain invisible as they sink in a bunch of posts devoted to crypto currencies and blockchain (and other topics too). I don’t mean to insult crypto- and blockchain bloggers (and other bloggers too), their posts are really interesting and informative and it is a hot-button issue on Steemit, however, it would be very convenient to have an interest specific channel devoted to drawing/painting posts.

The issue arises when you create a channel that is used solely for sharing posts from Steemit that it becomes flooded with posts and most of them do not really get seen. We are a community for discussion, and you are always welcome to share the images of your work, but if we allow promoting of posts, it gets out of hand really quickly.
Consider creating a community for just artists and starting your own Discord for it? I know there are a few around, but it might be that they just need the right direction.
But there is a channel for sharing posts about food and it’s fine that people share their posts there. Anyways starting own Discord is not a bad idea
We are constantly evolving the channels and have always been moving away from allowing posts, we just haven't gotten to all of them yet. It's also easier at a glance to ensure that a linked post is related to the channel with food based posts.
Hello, I totally agree and I would like to be part of a community that is only for artists, to exchange information regarding techniques and inspiration, as well as to be able to support each other.
