Hello minnows and concerned whales! This is making the third lesson on the quest for progress. Today we'll be looking at one aspect that will make you wear a guilty face for a brief moment.

This is something I am guilty of myself at some point. Each time I post an article I stayed on my article, keep refreshing the browser just to keep checking if I got a new upvote(a huge one, you know what I'm saying?) or comment. Blink your eyes if you did the same. Or blink it twice if you still do.
on STEEMIT relationship is vital, you won't so much from others if you don't put in so much from them. Hence, maintaining a good relationship is key.
Relationships only grow on the basis of communication. Most of us expect the entire steem world run down to our blogs while we do not do the same for them. Participate choose a set of steemians whales, dolphins and minnows, make it a point to always visit their articles upvote them (maybe an upvote from you doesn't really count yet, but it'd mean a lot and also go a long way). You are in a society of thousands of people and if you must thrive you've got to get folks who got your back, and whose back you also watch
WHAT YOU WRITE DOESN'T REALLY COUNT LIKE HAVING A COMMUNITY THAT APPRECIATES YOUR WORK
You will grow based on your interaction on the platform, not only on your own posts but on every comments and replies you make. So staying acting is a huge favour you can do to your self. I currently have steemians who find my post on daily basis, that is what you want. And as you do that, you'll not only get upvotes or resteems **you'll be raising a loving steemian family for yourself **. This platform is built on love and that's what seperates it from all social media sites. It's only here where the investors care if you benefit.
the implication is this: as they help you grow, you also help them grow, regardless of the differences in your reputation scores. And who said you have nothing to offer? Your reputation score doesn't make you less or more talented. It only explains the fact that you're new here. And that's it! Your ideas and concept in no time will constitute a vital part of our daily tags.
