ANYONE winning is all of us winning. Minnows will remain minnows if people don't win big and then use their voting power. Things are really different here and it takes rethinking how we view things. I got angry at two things last night.
People calling Steemit a Ponzi scheme when I haven't spent a dime, but I've made money. Obviously they need to research Ponzi Schemes a bit.
People doing a DOWN VOTE brigade against posts that have nothing wrong. I guess they miss that the FLAG is way far removed from where we vote, and is a FLAG which would seem to indicate it is intended to REPORT THIS POST for doing wrong.
EDIT: Also it seems pretty slow to post on the WEEKEND at the moment until more people start winning big and use this site on the weekend. I think a lot of the higher steem power people don't currently use steemit much on the weekend. So posting on the weekend currently doesn't seem to do nearly as well. Just FYI.
The viability of steem will rely on the minnows growing as a group, staying and engaging . As long as minnows are engaged and feel like they are benefiting, steem will grow and prosper for all, if it is precieved as only a place for Whales, the minnows will go else where and steem will not fulfill the potential it has.
Yep I care about minnows as you @endgame know. Almost everyone here is a minnow. Why should we care more or less about the 1000 people that were here first than we do about the person who just heard about steemit, signed up, and is looking around for the first time?
