Brief Intro Of The Problem

If Steemit is not allowing you to use this platform without break, then you're having bandwidth issue. This problem is caused by low SP and can be solved by getting SP on lease from Minnowbooster. This is something that I just did for a minnow and his problem is now solved.

Follow these two simple steps and you won't be having this problem anymore:
i. Receiving STEEM
ii. Selling STEEM To Minnowbooster

Receiving STEEM

If you go to wallet in your account, you will see STEEM, STEEM POWER and STEEM DOLLAR icons. We can transfer STEEM to STEEM DOLLAR and STEEM DOLLAR to STEEM. We're not going to do anything to STEEM POWER. Since we need STEEM to get STEEM POWER on lease, so we will transfer a few STEEM DOLLARS to STEEM. Here is how we do it:

• Go to www.blocktrades.us. You will see Send and Receive tables there.
  
• The Send table must be about STEEM DOLLAR whereas the Receive table must be that of STEEM.
• Enter amount in SBD tab that you want to transfer to STEEM and it will automatically show you this amount in STEEM. This is how much STEEM you will receive in your Steemit wallet.
• The next step is entering Your receive address without @ sign the way I did as shown below. Once you do this, it will show you whether your address is valid or not. It will also show your name next to it.
  
• Clicking on Get a new Deposit Address is the next step. By clicking on this tab, you will see two more tabs: SteemConnect and Manual Transfer.
  

We will use the Manual Transfer option. By clicking on this tab, we will see Account Name and Memo. We will use both these to transfer SBDs to STEEM. What's shown in this photo belongs to me. You will receive your memo so use that memo address and not mine.

• Next, we will click on the drop down menu (small arrow sign) next to STEEM DOLLAR and it will show us several options:
  
  By clicking on transfer, we'll see a table that we have to fill in this way:
  
  Click on Submit button and it will ask for password. By entering that, process will complete and you will receive the STEEM in your wallet in no time.

This apparently a complex option is actually very simple and won't take you more than 2-3 minutes to do it. I always recommend this because Blocktrades websites is always available even during the busiest times. Read this 2-3 times and then take the action and you will do it easily.

Transferring SBDs To STEEM Using Steemit Internal Market (Alternate Method)

An alternate method to transfer SBDs to STEEM or the opposite is by using Steemit internal market. Here is how you can do it explained in two simple steps:

First Step

Click on Market and it will take you to internal market page

Second Step

Once you're in Internal Market, you will have BUY STEEM and SELL STEEM options. We want to buy STEEM so we will use the first option on this page this way:

Follow these two simple steps and you will be able to transfer SBDs into STEEM.

Selling STEEM To Minnowbooster

Once you receive STEEM in your wallet, the next step is applying for STEEM POWER on lease at Minnowbooster website. Here is how to do it:

Tip: Even if you ask for 15 or 20 SP for one week selling 1 STEEM, it will suffice your need. Since Minnowbooster does not fill the lease orders itself rather these are the investors at this site who do, so I recommend to keep your ask low and it will increase the chances of your success. Since the core issue is not to have your Steemit services suspended for certain period of time, so even if you apply for 15 SP for 2 weeks by selling 2 STEEM, your problem will be solved.
