I love minnowbooster but I think the leasing market isn't yet fixed. Individuals can't lease for community projects and have a nice ROI.

It's only if it was leased by a team of persons or upvoting posts...

If this could be fixed to favour individuals running philanthropic community projects, it'll make more sense...

Just my opinion though!

    It is built as a free market so although MinnowBooster can validate real community projects it is up to delegators to decide if they want to support their communities. This is more than fair and makes a lot of sense.
