I really wish to get UPVOTE but I don't understand the whole post_URL thing. Would you be kind enough to explain further in a cleared way?
post_URL is the adress of the post you want to upvote. Go to your wallet and click on the small arrow near your SBD or Steem then click on transfer.
You will see a pop up as the screenshot below. Paste URL in Memo.
