That will happen automatically, there's nothing you need to do. The system will choose how to combine votes together most efficiently. The end result is your vote should get used more often!
Oh I think I haven't been using minnowbooster for a while. 😂 Wait is this for vote sellers or vote buyers? Now I'm confused. 😅
