Now you can be a big brother to them by accompanying them to minnow big brother fund.
The big brother is anyone that the minnow looks up to, who does not fit the criteria for minnows below.

To qualify for the minnow big brother fund as a minnow:

1. your account must be older than 14 days.
2. your account must have more that 7 posts.
3. your account must not have any post with earnings more than a dollar ($1).
4. your account's reputation must be 25 to 28.
5. your account must not have been a candidate in the last week.

To qualify for the minnow big brother fund as a big brother:

1. your account must be designated or nominated by a minnow.
2. your account must not fall under the category of minnows.
   *That is at least 29 and above reputation.
   *Above 31days old on steemit.
   *Must have a post with earnings more than a dollar ($1).
   *Must have more than ten (10) posts in the past 14days.
3. your account must not have been a big brother in the past week. I.e. you can't be big brother every week.
4. your account must be older then 30 days.

AWARDS AS WINNER MINNOW.

1. Your account will be boosted from Current Reputation (25 - 28) to any reputation between 30 and 40.
2. A post will be selected from your account to be boosted by a partner upvote bot to ensure that you also have at least 1 post with more than $1 earning.
3. And you will be given access to our Discord and WhatsApp groups, where you will be able to learn effective tips and tricks to help you succeed on steemit.

Atfer 37 days of being at Steemit and 17 posts yet she kept having $0.00 on her posts. In 2 or 3 posts she made between $0.02 and $0.05 as her best and only earnings in 37 days and was geting very frustrated and discouraged with the whole steemit idea.

This initiative was inspired by @minnowfund and @brandonfrye, who are running a help fund for minnows but differs in that the minnow big brother fund will allow even non steemians to participate in the votes. This will give them hope even before they get verified that they will have a chance to grow once they are verified. Also this will allow them to already begin to participate in activities on steemit even while they are waiting for their accounts to be confirmed. We at minnow big brother fund thinks this will greatly foster the steemian community within the blockchain and beyond.
We will be working with some upvote bots like @jerrybanfield, @hugo4u etc and some power individuals like @rcarter, a gentleman with amazing insight into the crypto world to provide the boost the minnows will need.
