The road to $10 a post on Steemit

The road to getting $10 on a Steemit post is hard.
especially for noobs and minnows and some old tart.
No dollar, but maybe a penny here, or a penny there...
Keep writing post after post, accumulating pennies
And hopeful it will cross a dollar mark.....
The goal is to get $10 posts... and what must be done? can someone with experience guide us along ?
Goals must be set, if there is a destination we want to get to...
Angels out there, please help us, the plankton, the minnow and clueless crowd.

Strong community is probably the way to go... else we might as well just to fold...
