You're looking for a pretty substantial amount of money. You will not get that level of investment off of a single post. I would suggest you start up a series in which you describe in detail your plan and take feedback and suggestions from the community. That way you can build confidence in your plan which will draw the interest you need for the votes. I'll be following :)
