is it really? I got worreid after you post this, so I tried to find something online that suggests illegality, but I couldnt. I don't want to break the law.
It would be coming from your schools own policy. I am just assuming there is a clause in their term of use policy. Especially if you are making very little from it. The juice is not worth the squeeze. Personally I would not do that!
