Installing 4th Graphics card and my problems.

I received my 4th 1060 today and i was dying to get it installed. I thought i would give you a bit of a walk through of my time installing it at what problems i came across.

So when i had the GPU out of the box i make sure i keep all of the packaging just in case i send it back for some reason or i decide to sell it at some point if the difficulty goes up faster than i expected.

Because i have been building this alone i have made sure i have already drilled all the holes into the case brackets as shown below to make life easier for me when i am attaching the Gpu. You can use a screwdriver to attach them after or even a drill but just take it slow as you don't want to damage the hardware.

I attach the Gpu without attaching all the cables as it is easier to work on then. Once it is attached i connect it with a riser (Shown below) so the GPU can be elevated from the board. This helps with air flow around the cards and is why we build cases open.

My card is now attached so i am ready to boot. However here is where the problems begin.
My motherboard isn't posting so i unplug the gpu and try without and it works fine. So i know it is the instillation that is causing the problem. so i check some things and realise my motherboard isn't detecting the Gpu so i check the EZ flash option on my BIOS and make sure the bios is updated. Ok i am still getting the same issue. Finally i figure out that 4G isn't enabled on my motherboard and it needs to be for 4 cards.
From here it was clear sky's i made sure i tested that it was stable by benchmarking it and then i did an overclock.

As you can see i am now hashing at just above 90GHz and it is stable as ever.
