Help needed using guide to get mining and running.

I am using the current guide over at https://steemit.com/steem/@bitcube/steem-mining-in-microsoft-windows-a-miner-s-guide-part-2

I have followed everything in the guide however I am still getting no start I got the 3 keys needed added into conf file also started restarted server block chain does not download also imported most current one and still does not update.

First error is not downloading
2nd is no witness in conf yet already there.

Can someone please help me as I want to mine this but getting really fed up of the BS this causing
