Reduce Stale Shares Mining Ethereum

Doing everything you can to maximize the performance and efficiency of your rigs is important, and even more so when Ethereum nethash is 228.99 Th/s (at time of posting). One thing you can do is reduce stales shares. What worked for me was switching to Ethminer. My stale share percentage when down quite a bit and my overall hash rate didn't suffer.
