Genesis Mining DASH in Limited Supply, Global Shortage

in #mining7 years ago

It seems like the global shortage of DASH hardware miners (X11 ASIC) is even affecting Genesis-mining. On the DASH contracts page, "Limited Availability" is prominently displayed on all DASH contracts (and only DASH contracts). Read more about DASH mining profitability in our guide: DASH Mining Return on Profit

Global X11 Miner Shortage

We previously reported that all ASIC miners are sold out. This is because of the insane profits DASH mining is generating, with a full return on investment within a 3 month period (physical miner) or 6 months (cloud mining). Whats even crazier is that Amazon is listing USED Baikal miners for more than quadruple the original value! The Baikal X11 MINER 600M which is originally listed at $1200 is being sold for 6990 USD (amazon.com). Talk about insane markup.

This price is even more expensive than cloud mining, as 600 MH/s would cost $2770 on Genesis-Mining.
