also how about we have a system where people are rewarded based on skill, not how much they are able to exploit another person. Randomness doesn't change anything, especially when those who exploit people are able to use their stolen resources to steal even more and concentrate their power to survive the randomness by inflicting all pains of it on the workers and all gains to themselves.
At the end of the day those ruling class will die one day, and their children will die too and so on...but if a person decide to live happily s/he always find a way to make the best out of a situation regardless of difficulties & with no wealth.
