Riot Watershed Peusangan

Mining of sand and gravel is one of the environmental problems that occurred in Bireuen Regency. Mining Sand and gravel conducted in the Peusangan River Basin and Peusangan River Basin is increasingly alarming and has caused considerable damage to the watershed.

If this condition continues to be left, then the ecological disaster will occur and threaten the lives of humans and property. The usual ecological disaster is flash floodsor and abrasion. River damage also threatens drought.
