Yes. Due to the Internet Privacy regulations you must be 13 or older to have a social media account.

I think it is important that these youngsters are aware that everything they post here, will remain on the blockchain forever, unlike Facebook where they can simply remove a post. Awareness of this fact is key I'd think.
That is an important point.
Although, anything they post ANYWHERE on the internet could be available forever. You never know who may have saved a copy or taken a screenshot, or how many people they shared it with.
