Um evento em Outubro, na França, premiou um ketchup produzido pela Universidade Federal do Ceará. O diferencial do produto brasileiro é o fato de ser natural, produzido com frutas e legumes e sem conservantes nem ingredientes químicos. O ketchup ganhou o Selo Innovation Seal 2018 pelo Salão Internacional de Alimentação.
