Getting "failed" when trying to withdraw XMR from minergate.com .The answer to the open ticket...well...see for yourself
No comment . Minergate........
After "transaction failed" in minergate dashboard for a withdraw,
the TRANSFERRED AMOUNT was returned, but the TRANSACTION FEE was NOT returned.
I opened a ticket and got the following answer from minergate. NO COMMENT!!!

- The transaction was taking a long time to be included in a block.
- The work turned out to be unsuccessful, it doesn't mean that this work was done for free.
