This event is in the /sv world, not the /sb world, in /sv, there is plenty of grass on the farm world at /fw.
You can dig grass and get out dirt. Either way, grass and dirt is counted the same way.
If you have farmed some dirt, just deliver it using /deliver. But this only works once the event starts. =) With grass, I'm talking about the green dirt blocks.

Ok, I thought maybe silk touch was needed for the grass.
Oh no, I change that above to make it more clear. =) You can simply dig up the dirt or the dirt with the grass on top and then deliver it with
/deliver. ^^ But the dirt, dirt with the grass on top has to be farmed at the farm world of the/svat/fw.
