I don't know about Burst, but I downloaded the CLOAK wallet and got to the end and some big Fatal Error appeared, same with NEM wallet couldn't get it to complete, there's no one to ask, I don't do reddit, but nothing there helped.
I was able to download the bitbay wallet and it has sync'd, but there's supposed to be a backup somewhere in my computer that I cannot find, so I'm nervous it might disappear. the only easy wallets are the light wallets that just hold. lisk has been the easiest, sys will store on holytransactions very easy. oh and the Verge paper wallet was easy, havent used it yet, but it downloaded and printed!
The websites need a human at wallet support if they ever hope to get real clients and not just holders and miners good luck
