HOW TO OVERCOME INVISIBLE FENCES !!!

In previous posts we discuss What is Invisible Fences and How Invisible Fences Stopping Us Today we will discuss how to overcome from it.
Let's begin,
This picture i explain in previous post How Invisible Fences stopping us In this picture we see the main reason why invisivle fences become so real because negative thinking creates negative emotions which made negative mindset and lead him to no taking action stage and it lead him to no result or bad result and it makes negative thinking strong and this cycle stay continue. That's why our Invisible Fences become so Real and become stronger
So if you want to overcome invisible fences you must understand this cycle.
The main element of this cycle is Thinking. Let me explain it.
Thinking
Thinking is the main element which make whole difference in your life. One of the greatest different between Successful people and unsuccessful people is their thinking. The more positive your thinking is, the more positive your life become. So Buddha said,
*All that what we are, is the result of"
What we thought
One more quote which i like,
What you think
You become,
What you feel
You attract,
What you imagine
You create.
So our whole life is the result of what we think. So if we want to change our future we must change our thinking.
We see in previous post How negative thinking ruin David's life
Our negative thinking lead us to Negative Emotions and It make us Fearer and we become fearful and it make our Invisible Fences real,
99% people fail in life not because they try and fail but because they don't try because of Fear.
Fear created by our thoughts and emotions which are not real. and it lead us to the next stage Action.
We take Action on behalf of our emotional stages and If our emotional stage is negative so our Action don't going to give us a positive result and we generate again Negative Thinking and the cycle keeps going on.
Now the question is,
How to breake Invisible Fences Cycle
We see the main element is thinking of this cycle so to breake it, we must Aware about our Thinking This is the first step and we understand our thoughts where they lead us. I know it will be hard to change suddenly our thinking but we can do it by adopting some good habits which make our thinking positive and make our life. Like,
Meditation
Reading a book
Write a Journal
Positive Self Talk
These are some habits which change our thinking in positive way
We must remember that our Invisible Fences are not real if we change our thinking and use this cycle in positive way we can make our life better.
So I invite you to Question your Invisible Fences. Be aware of them, Observe them. Challenge them. So that when one confronts you, rather than running away from it, you exercise the force of will and talent of heart to run through it. Toward the poetic possibilities your life is meant to be.
What you resist will persist. But what you befriend, you will transcend.
