Positive thinking is a skill that anyone can develop and have great benefits from it like
general good feeling
Healthier body
Better relationships
A clear and peaceful mind
And above all, good connection with Inner Being.

We love to play a game, called ‘‘tell me what you adore’.
It is a simple game that helps us to practice positive thinking.

The challenge of the game is to look around and find as many things as possible that we like and adore.

It almost becomes like a fun competition who will find more things to appreciate.

After a few turns, everyone involved in the game, start to feel really good.

If you practice positive thinking often, it becomes a habit.
And when it becomes a habit, life starts to change.
Because actually, our thoughts create our lives.
