Heard of Bruce Lee?
He is one of my favorite idols.
Bruce Lee was a famous martial artist, actor, and philosopher.
He is a Hong Kong-American actor, born in San Francisco, and raised in Hong Kong. But eventually returned to the United States for college where he studied philosophy.
Bruce Lee began teaching martial arts and opened his own school where he trained some of Hollywood’s leading men. It was during this time that Lee was cast in several famous martial arts movies such as Way of The Dragon, Enter The Dragon, etc.
Tragically, Lee died in 1973 at the age of 33 from cerebral edema after having an allergic reaction to pain medication...
Up to this day, he is considered as a legend and his philosophy continues to live through the martial art that he created through his writing.
This is why today I’ve decided to share with you 7 inspiring quotes from Bruce Lee:
"Do not pray for an easy life, pray for the strength to endure a difficult one."
"The possession of anything begins in the mind."
"Choose the positive. You have a choice, you are master of your attitude, choose the positive, the constructive. Optimism is a faith that leads to success."
"If there is a God, he is within. You don’t ask God to give you things, you depend on God for your inner theme."
"It’s not what you give, it’s the way you give it."
“Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.”
“Do not allow negative thoughts to enter your mind for they are the weeds that strangle confidence.”
